Description :
WHAT IS IT?
A biopsy tissue sample is subjected to a Bcl - 6- Oncoprotien test to determine the amount of Bcl - 6- Oncoprotien present. It is done to confirm the presence of anaplastic large cell lymphoma, hodgkin's lymphoma, and lymphoma as well as before, during, and after treatment for such conditions. It also goes by the name IHC Marker. The terms "Bcl - 6- Oncoprotien Immunohistochemistry Biopsy Tissue" and "Bcl - 6- Oncoprotien Count Immunohistochemistry Biopsy Tissue" are interchangeable.
WHY?
To diagnose anaplastic large cell lymphoma, Hodgkin's lymphoma, and lymphoma, physicians frequently employ the IHC-Pancytokeratin test. For both genders and age groups, a positive staining is the expected outcome for the Bcl - 6-Oncoprotien test when epithelial origin tumours are found.
PRECAUTIONS
For the Bcl - 6- Oncoprotein test, there is no specific preparation needed. Before having a Bcl - 6- Oncoprotein test, let your doctor know if you're taking any drugs, have any underlying medical issues, or have any allergies. Your doctor may provide particular instructions based on your condition.
